– TRICK OF THE WEEK –
- Look at the body position in the video
- Bend over and tilt head up
- Bend elbows and lift them up at the sides
- This combination of body position creates a small divot at the bottom of the neck for the ball to be placed ‘in’
Extra Challenge #1: Can you walk with the ball?
Extra Challenge #2: Can you go down to a press up position (and do press ups) without the ball falling off?
