– TRICK OF THE WEEK –
- Look at the head position in the video
- Tilt your head back so that your forehead is ‘flat’ like a table
- Place the ball on the bridge of your nose
- When the ball starts moving always make sure your nose stays in the middle of the ball.
- If you need to, move your body and feet to stay in the middle of the ball (notice what happens in the video when the ball moves)
Extra Challenge #1: How long can you balance the ball on your nose for?
Extra Challenge #2: When you feel ready, can you combine it with another trick? (for example, balancing it on your neck)
